-I suffer from depression(drawin' and literature are coping mechanisms) that rooted up from November of last year and also have troubles with social anxiety, so it's a bit difficult for me to be the one to firsthand approach one else.
-I have severe troubles with anxious attachment, my anxiousness and overthinking tends to spike because of it, though it is only sometimes frequent.
