no but the worst/best part of the 2020 little women laurie/jo confession scene is when she says “no” the second they lock eyes before he says ANYTHING and then he says “it’s no use jo, we’ve got to have it out” because anyone who has ever been in a weird charged friendship with someone knows that feeling of thinking that maybe you can just never talk about it or look at each other for too long or acknowledge anything and then nothing has to change but someone always breaks first!! he breaks first!!
