A little about me: I draw full-time, I write on the side, and sometimes the weird internal thoughts get googled. Spicy food rocks. Halloween is my favorite holiday. I'll be nerdy for horror movies as much as I will a Tolkien film. I don't mind admitting that half my music preferences are garbage.

I am against generative AI and will block immediately; the arts were already accessible without the need for destroying the planet and stealing from those of us who actually try.

What gave you the idea to 1 split inuyasha 3 ways (since im counting the hanyou in this) instead of 2 and characterize youkai inu the way you did considering the fact his screen time is feral dog that probably has rabies so most of the time whenever fics do let him speak that's kinda what they base it off of

It started because of the jealousy prompt from InuKag week 2019. I think back then it seemed too on the nose to do art with Inuyasha being jealous of Koga (or Kagome jealous of Kikyo), so I figured that if Inuyasha was going to be jealous of anyone, it'd be himself. A human that's prone to emotion-vomiting the truth and a youkai that just doesn't give a shit.

Yeah, I've read some of those and I wanted to go in a different direction. I mean yeah that part of him is in there, but I can't imagine it'd be like that all the time, you know? If there's no risk of danger, how would he be that wildly different from hanyou Inuyasha (aside from no filter and even less thinking before acting). All we see with his appearances are in life or death situations, so to me it feels like there's possibilities to explore.

Addressing a few concerns

So, I assume most of you don't know, but there is a bit of drama inside the Paralives community. It's funny because this whole thing is revolving around The Sims 3.

TwistedMexi made his first paywalled "early access" mod called Sims 3 Camera, and I've been working on the same thing as he was. 1. Let's get the "clone" allegation out of the way first.

TwistedMexi is accusing me of cloning his mod, but let’s look at the facts. Thankfully, I always use GitHub, so the commit dates are there to prove it.

(2026-05-27T19:57:44.000+00:00) is a timestamp of the publication date of his Patreon post.

Honestly, I didn't know I could see the future, but ok.

2. The second thing I want to address is that currently there are a lot of awful comments directed at Tmex. PLEASE do not harass other creators.

3. Regarding early access and paywalls: My mods are developed in my spare time as a passion project. I believe in keeping my work accessible to everyone, which is why all of my content will remain completely free, forever. I believe the community should play a role in maintaining projects if the original creator steps away, which is why I always share the source code for my projects Free mods are a pillar of a healthy community, whereas paywalls only lead to gatekeeping and unnecessary drama. My hope is that more creators choose to release their mods in a way that prioritizes community growth and shared resources.

I'd say the only problem with having all of my edgewave posts done is remembering that I need to go back in my drafts and add the transcripts but planning these out has been making me think way too much about my ocs and now I want to do proper posts for them. Which is self-indulgent for me, but this is also tumblr and tumblr (the internet really) doesn't like ocs XD
