“I don’t wanna lose what makes me ME”

thinking about just how artistic jinx is!!!!!!! she is extremely expressive and carries out her feelings so visually and we see this so constantly. in her style, in her drawings, and most importantly in the way she characterizes the people in her life and “jinx” vs “powder”. it makes SO MUCH SENSE in the alternate timeline that powder would be a painter alongside an inventor, SHE IS AN ARTIST!!!!!!

thinking about how in the alternate universe when vi is gone, everyone refers to powder being the one to fix their messes. none of them had vi after that to keep them in line or lead them, so as time went on powder became the de facto older sister and helps out her brothers because they’re “useless without her”.

this would also make her seemingly understanding vi’s true role and how her fear made her stronger so much better, powder understands because she too now has that fear. she became the person filling everyone else’s cup. she’s fixing things like she always tries to. only in this universe, she is capable and needed.
