We all know Claggor as a gentle human being who has the capability to take multiple people in a fight. I'd like to expand upon the origins of this. I imagine he was one of those kids that grew up as a only child or at least the child people left to their own devices.
I imagine early childhood was rough because of this because he seems to be very independent often taking on a caring role for his found family.
Anyways I imagine a lot of his fighting skill was something he had to learn the hard way. I could imagine he was a large kid even if he was younger. But he was a preteen so he still wouldn't have had the muscle mass he'd have to have to do the things we saw him doing. So lil Clag was squishy and small not to mention probably soft at heart. Which is the kinda weakness people love to pick on.
Google this boy and tell me nasty children didn't pick on him when he was 5 and probably more adorable?
Anyways at some point his at the time parent or guardian did what a few adults in my life did and threatened me into defending myself and he swung on a kid for the first time and that shit connected. If you ever remembered being a kid you know that lil kids lack emotional regulation and fights make you really anxious.
Lil Claggor was crying, snotting and messing that kid and his friends up.
People learned to leave him alone for a bit because he was up to that time known to be a sweet kid and I imagine he looked scary to other kids.

I wanna draw my teen dad Claggor with his daughter Jewels pretty soon but I just wanna dump lil things about him and her pretty quickly since I got up early for work this morning and I realized too late that I didn't have to go to work π.
Number one Jewels is a big ass baby. She has two parents on the thicker side she was not gonna be small she is solid. She is only tiny compared to Clag because he's a big dude. She is Soo small to him that when she's able sit up and hold up her head he literally just sits her in his hand and she'll lay back on his arm like it's a recliner.
She wouldn't even be spilling out of his hands that's how small she looks in his arms compared to anyone else.
Also, I got this idea about the fact that zaunites are compared to animals and I remembered that quite a few dental offices apparently file down our canines and round them out.
But I highly doubt that the undercity has many dental offices. Meaning a lot of people there probably have more prominent canines. Which is probably another reason why they're often compared to animals which is a little food for thought.
Anyway, how this relates to Jewels is I feel like her first teeth would be her canines. And I picture her being a lil gremlin baby who likes to bite and scream. And i imagine her voice not sounding cute at all and her voice being more like those deeper scratchy gravely baby voices.
I feel like Mylo is very scared to hold her after she grows in her baby teeth because she probably bites him the most out of anyone. He's especially scared to hold her anywhere close near his face or neck because she's very deceptively cute at times.
Powder has probably trained her to attack him much to his displeasure.
Violet thinks it's adorable and very funny though.
I feel like she likes Vi a lot, but she's not her favourite aunt. I feel like that would have to be Powder. Pow likes fawning over her and doing her hair with help from Ekko. Because this child is biracial so she has textured hair.
Vi likes to play fight with her pretending to throw lil soft punches. Claggor groans at this slightly because the last thing he wants is for his daughter to become an aggressive lil girl. More than she already is let's be honest π .
He just wanted a sweet little baby girl who acted just like her mom. Soft and cute and hopefully easy. And in some ways, she is because she rarely cries, doesn't fight sleep and isn't a picky eater. But boy is she rowdy and in some cases loud. But he loves her the way she is because she is his and he wouldn't change her even if she came into his life at a very bad time.
Ekko is probably her favorite uncle although she tends to play rough with him especially giving him very aggressive slobbery kisses that leads to him having teeth marks all over his face. She's very affectionate but it comes at a price.
She enjoys being spoiled by both Benzo and Vander. Benzo probably makes her belly laugh the hardest by making funny voices and she is almost always at peace in the arms of her grandpa. it's probably the most peaceful of anyone ever to see her. If Vander is taking a break from bartending and doesn't have anywhere to go you can find the two napping together

You donβt realize it at first, but nearly every tool he uses has some kind of engraving. Notations. Measurements. Then one day you spot it: your name etched into the handle of his favorite spanner. He doesnβt say anything when you notice. He just smiles.
Brings you home weird scrap finds like theyβre flowers. A shard of stained Zaun glass. A rusted gear in the shape of a heart. One time, a wind-up music box that played half a lullaby. He called it βuseless.β You called it perfect.
His hands are always warm. You donβt know how. The workshop is freezing. But somehowβwhen he touches youβitβs like coming home.

Sometimes I think about a plot where Claggor and Mylo is Vander and Silco's bio children and how the plot would have gone if either of the boys lived.
I'm not a Mylo blog so anyone who is can take this plot and run with it but
Imagine how unhealthy of a relationship Silco would have had with Claggor? Especially since he grows to look soo much like Vander?
Part of me feels like there would be a unhealthy codependent relationship between the two and Silco never wanting him to leave his side and constantly and rather threateningly asking him if he ever feels like doing so.
Picking and preening at him so he resembles Vander less.
Basically making him a twisted version of the hound of the under city
so I'm not the only one who thinks au!claggor have nightmares due the Vi situation and often seeks comfort in his partner? Like he's having a nightmare and hugs his partner to calm down himself? Or im just delulu?
I feel like a lot of his nightmares have a common theme of loss of some kind and death because Vi's death. I feel like subconsciously he has a bad fear of loss and being alone because he survived. Not to mention if you think about this early in his childhood he would have lost his bio parents who were his support system then Vi who was his older sister.
In other words he's probably waking up in tears, frantically looking for his partner and clingy to them in reassurance that he's not alone. Then as soon as he sees his family he's gonna hug them all extra tight.

Okay so currently feral shipping Claggor with Loris and I just think it would be funny if it first started out as a secret relationship like..
I imagine that even in a decent AU there is tension between the two cities and the enforcers. I also feel like realistically Vi faced some pushback being with Cait. Not for being polite but for being an enforcer and Vi later in becoming one.
For extra Drama Claggor doesn't find out Loris is an enforcer till they get serious.
A minor backstory in my head is that he's from that pirate city. Saw alot of crime and lawlessness as a kid and wanted to support justice. So he became an enforcer. But obviously over time he became disillusioned with the way things were. And he's honestly trying to do his best but he's done to realize the only enforcers who gave that power are the ones that come from privilege and big name houses so...he finds himself in this weird limbo where he doesn't feel like he can make a difference but wants to try to always do the right thing because he does have some power.
I feel like think Loris not being up front would cause Claggor to lose trust in him all things considered because he was ORPHANED because of piltiover and the law enforcement there.
If I were to write this I'd take that into heavy consideration Ed since Claggor's lore involved alot of trauma. He was literally found stuck by the docks and stuck at the boardwalk because enforcers that it was funny to see a child in that position.
Grown adults who uphold the law did not help a literal child. That is literally sooo heartless and he would have been scared.
So yeah relationships are not starting off with the best building blocks but they have a lot of potential. Basically going forward Loris needs to be better at communicating. Also IDK writes that he plans on retiring soon anyways to pursue some other kinds of dreams. Maybe this man wants a boat.
Also back to them being a secret....yeah Loris looks older than Vi for sure thus he'd be older than Claggor. Claggor is clearly a adult but it still be wild to date a guy who probably was old enough to be shooting pool with your old man. Especially borderline looks like him to.
You know Powder gonna tease him for that π

Except Vander he's probably giving Loris that overprotective dad talk.
Claggor can take care of himself but he's one of his softer kids and the fact that Loris is an enforcer and older definitely would trigger this more protective instincts.

Imagine Claggor with a big beefy guy or gal . One that looks really tough and intimidating but because Claggor himself is tough with the combination of his sweet and rental nature can see this person also is a sweet soul. It's just that living in the undercity doesn't often afford you the ability to easily be vulnerable. Life itself doesn't always allow people who look a certain way to be vulnerable. So Claggor put in the work to help them feel safe to express themselves. With consent he offers them affection and compliments.
Flowers most of all that I imagine said person treasures more than gold and will literally keep them alive til their dying breath.
In more intimate moments alone he tells them how wonderful it feels to be around them.
For the ladies specifically he'd be such a gentlemen and make them feel as dainty and as desired as any small skinny or petite woman.
