And guess what? In none of the Kill Counts discussing Long Legs, Weapons, or Milk and Serial is there aaaaany mention of the transmisogyny in them. Not only that, but the thumbnails for them have the transmisogy front and center, minus Weapons, but they did that for the Podcast! What do I expect from the channel that when discussing Chihiro Fujisaki for their Danganronpa Kill Count, just outright went "We don't want to talk about it!" and made her non-binary for the kill graphics at the end?
No, people have not, in fact "talked about" the transmisogyny inherent to horror properties such as Danganronpa, Pyscho, The Silence of the Lambs, Rocky Horror, Weapons, Long Legs, Milk and Serial, Sleepaway Camp, Resident Evil, and so, so many more horror properties. They have not even begun to discuss the transmisogyny in so many of their favorite horror franchises, let alone disavowing them. Why would they or any of their creators stop being transmisogynistic when this behavior is rewarded with Oscar wins, boatloads of cash, and greater opportunities for their careers? It's obviously fine if they get all this cool shit!
