Seaweed Snacks

I grew up in Korea where roasted seaweed is part of the regular diet. Rich in nutrients including iodine and omega 3.  This a great add to supplement our daily diet. The ones out in the market today use unhealthy oils but I like this one which uses avocado oil: Seaweed Snacks

Seamoss for collagen

Another healthy snack that takes a little longer to grow on you but I've come to love is Seamoss.  I take a quick spoonful every morning for a healthy dose of protein and minerals.  My favorite brand: SeaMoss

Ground in nature 

I'm a huge believer of the benefits of direct contact with nature.  The barefoot grounding movement shows again and again that contact with sand or grass, directly with the earth has tremendous benefits.  I'm too paranoid to go completely barefoot in the park but using natural material blanket to sit on instead of those polyester or synthetic blanket was a change I made immediately after I watched Cliff's grounding/earthing documentary.
