Me thinking that this is childβs play and that I know it all already:
Me realising there are some things I didnβt already know:
TO- GOING ONE PLACE TOWARDS ANOTHER
TWO- 2, A NUMBER BETWEEN 1 AND 3
TOO- A DESCRIPTIVE WORD, THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD, THE SHIRT IS TOO LOOSE.
TOO- A DESCRIPTIVE
WORD, THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD,
THE SHIRT IS TOO LOOSE.
Beep boop! I look for accidental haiku posts. Sometimes I mess up.
Iβm gonna add
ROGUE: CRIMINAL/REBEL/VAGRANT/ETC
ROUGE: RED MAKEUP
itβs rogues gallery, guys. Not rouge gallery. Youβre making me think batman has an extensive lipstick collection.
If youβre talking about a weapons CACHE, itβs pronounced cash.
If you say cashay, thatβs how CACHET is pronounced which means prestige and does not mean a collection of items stored together in a hidden/inaccessible place.
NO ONE IS βPREJUDICE"
PEOPLE ARE βPREJUDICEDβ
If heβs not moving, heβs STATIONARY.
If heβs a fucking space pencil, then carry on with STATIONERY.
If itβs wet precipitation falling out of the sky, itβs RAIN
If itβs someone ruling over people, itβs REIGN
If itβs holding back someone from (or getting someone to stop doing) something, thatβs to REIN [them] IN (β¦as if you were using REINS on a horse)
(and oh yeah)
If youβre telling someone theyβre going to have to reconsider an opinion or course of action, then they have ANOTHER THINK COMING
(because βanother thing comingβ makes no damn sense whatsoever unless theyβre in some kind of monster movie, ffs)
Just adding:

English isβ¦Β Complicated.
And my favourite recent one,
It is βTO ALL INTENTS AND PURPOSESβ and not βTO ALL INTENSIVE PURPOSESβ.
Huh, I have no memory of ever seeing it as βanother think comingβ. Though I guess I have read it since itβs in To Kill a Mockingbird.
It was definitely written and spoken as βthinkβ in the area I grew up (western NC, USA) but generally speaking Appalachian dialects have a lot of archaic European holdovers, so I wouldnβt be shocked if it has evolved into βthingβ in the past century or so, at least in the US.
Duel- A contest or fight, usually with weapons and witnesses Dual- Consisting of two parts or aspects
