Are there any sheep left in your AU except the main Lamb?

Yes! My lamb Knell has a cousin that was born the same day as them, theyr’e practically a twin sibling! It’s actually @ arsonistmoth’s lamb Bell <3 Bell got separated from Knell and was sent on a boat to escape when the attacks were happening. They lived with a herd of goats on a land across the sea.

3. Who are the antagonists in your AU (if there are any)?

The big one for a bit is the Fox, who has a sort of ex-lover situation with Knell. Then we have some minor antagonists of the remaining old faith cultists who’d pop up. The crowns are antagonists in their own ways, with ascension making the Lamb unhappy.

I liked it better than I thought I would. Honestly won me over pretty quick from sound design in the opening sequence—I Love how the ghosts and Yngya sound.

I like that cotl explores topics that require nuance and depth mostly shallowly, where there’s a lot of tragedy left in the unsaid. A character who’s based in science as contrast to the cult/spiritual setting, so opposed to “gods” to the point of killing himself to prevent being indoctrinated is So awesome. Love that. Love to reflect how that makes me feel.

And the women characters are so sad in a way i adore. Wanted to go in hating Hagar but how could I after that. Couldn’t justify killing her, someone who is groveling and making an effort to make up for her sins, when the direct organizers to a genocide decidedly Aren’t. And Yngya…beloved Yngya…i love a character whose identity is a broken mother, and i will force her to be something else.
