it does smell like vomit. hold your judgement.

as soon as i stirred the lemon syrup in the cream immediately curdled and made this like. scabby, oily.... crust? on top. the taste of that wasn't half bad.. it was kind of like a fresh mousse with a lemony zest. if you like chocolate oranges it's similar, and it kind of precipitated out into the mixture and stayed suspended, so all of it was more or less that texture.

those gag drinks that rely on curdled cream are the next thing i could think of.

i drank the whole thing.

on having drunk the whole thing? i do feel like it's given gn me some kind of throat cancer.
