love how "expressing a desire for pain relief" and "expressing frustration with lasting pain" are things that doctors treat as suspicious and "drug-seeking"

blowing a kiss to all the disabled people who cant work and a kiss to all the disabled people who shouldnt be working but have to because of their circumstances and a kiss to disabled people who have never and will never work and a kiss to the disabled people who dont want to work your worth is not measured by your productivity ily

Disability rights means nothing without body neutrality, and I mean this 100%. Plenty of disabled people look different, have scars and are missing limbs, have poorly maintained hair and teeth, and calling yourself a disability rights activist but staring at people who "look/act weird" cannot be ok.

able bodied people who clearly see me coming, have room to move, and then still absolutely fail to navigate around me. this cane swings in one direction when it's moving and if that happens to be the direction your shin is at i can't help that
