The vines - as beautiful as they are - slowly chip away at the brick and expose your house to weathering damage. Gorgeous house on Lord Seaton road - although all houses in this posh area of York Mills are breathtaking! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We painted the entire exterior. The stucco & trim used to be beige all around. We changed the colour scheme to the dark greys. It gives the house a feel of understated power and gravitas. We were mostly working on the fences for this project. But ALL the furniture gets covered and protected. Might seem like overkill, but when you're sanding outside, wind can carry little bits of wood and paint chips all over the place. This Victorian house in the charming neighbourhood of Weston needed a refresh. We rejuvenated the cream colours of the trim, windows and gables to black (@benjaminmoore Midnight Dream 2129-10) accented with grey (@benjaminmoore Gravel Gray 2127-30). A project we did in Castlemore, Brampton in Oct 2019 for a wonderful family. The brilliant blue used for the entrance, side door and garage door is called "Fiji AF-525" by @benjaminmoore.
