There’s always going to be someone else. Someone that’s better for you. I told that to my ex when he was crying for me to take him back, I tell that to my friends when they’re going through breakups, and I tell that to myself whenever I need to hear it-which is often and always the hardest. But we always, always move on and love again and those low points we thought we’d never get past, well they always become distant memories. Because the amazing thing about us as humans is we’re capable of loving more than one person in our lifetime and our feelings are capable of change. So even if you really did love someone with all your heart, it doesn’t mean you can’t use all your heart again to love someone else.

My condolences to anyone who has ever lost me, and to anyone who got lost in me or to anyone who ever felt they took a loss with me, my apologies for the misunderstanding or the lack there of. I’m sorry you missed the God in me and I’m sorry you missed the light. See, I’m a holy human. I’ve practiced how to hold my tongue long enough, I’m afraid I forgot to say goodbye. I’m afraid you’re under the impression that I was made to please you. I was under the impression that you understood me better. The truth is, I’m a superhuman, and some days I’m an angry human, and some days I’m a crazy human for still waiting, for still loving harder even if I’m aching, for still trusting that I’m still worth the most, for still searching, for someone to understand me better…!
