tmblr lowkey shadowbanned me😭 I wasn’t showing up in tags or search at all. I was gonna make a new account, but I’ve been super focused on real estate school lately, so I just haven’t had the time.

I’m doing one of those accelerated pre licensing courses so I can get my real estate license as soon as I turn 20. It’s a lot—hours of online classes, practice exams, and I’ve been studying contracts, property law, and how the commission side works.

Im really focused on getting into residential real estate first, but the long term goal is to move into luxury properties and investment deals.

I've been focused on it because my family's in real estate, but they want me to get my education and some hands-on experience first before officially joining the business. I'll be starting out in residential real estate— helping people buy and sell regular homes-just to learn the ropes and build a solid foundation. Once I get more experience, I'll be able to step into my family's side of the business, which deals more with high-end, luxury homes and investment properties.

this whole thing is so bittersweet. I love writing – always have. I’d do it professionally if I could but it’s not realistic for me right now.
