SUBLIME CINEMA #512 - BLADE RUNNER 2049

This is a very different film from the original - it’s darker, more languorous, and filled with Villeneuve’s cold touches - but Roger Deakins finally won a well deserved Oscar for capturing the blissed-out decay of this world.
