To all the people asking about the Arbutus previous post.

Here are some examples of what is evident and you can see by yourself without getting into further legal details.

How can an artist (Grimes) not being allowed to sell her own music creations? As you can see from the screenshots, Grimes can’t sell her older albums (Geidi Primes, Halfaxa, Darkbloom) in her official webpage http://www.grimesmusic.com (http://store.grimesmusic.com/music) because she doesnt have the rights of her albums, Arbutus took them from her.

We dont think it is ok from a label to take the rights of the artist who made them grow in the industry and not allow her to sell her own creations.

Grimes is not part of Arbutus anymore, as you can see in the screencaps, she is only mentioned as group of artists who once were in Arbutus, but not anymore and they keep making money out of her, because they have the rights of her music.

Here is the evidence. We dont know any further detail of legal terms, but is what we know through the web pages and what is obvious.

1.-Arbutus selling Grimes old Albums: Geidi Primes, Halfaxa, Darkbloom.

2.- Grimes cant sell her own old albums in her store.

3.- Grimes is not part of Arbutus anymore.
