I'm going on a week long trip to take my exams. I forgot my noise cancelling headphones. I'm sensitive to sounds. I have worn headphones whole day every day since I got my first pair at the age of seven. I'm about to cry. I already was overwhelmed today, why more? I don't want to experience a week of daily sensory overloads like back in the middle school. Help.
