A long time ago I took a course on the sociology of marriage and my professor said “With compromise, you both lose. As a couple, you must collaborate on the best possible outcome.” Ever since, I never prioritize compromise in a relationship, only collaboration.

rabbits only flop over like that if they feel completely safe btw

to elaborate: bunnies are prey animals and almost never have their guard down– even when they’re resting they’ll usually have their back legs in a position that allows them to quickly run away. if they’re jumping around it means they’re extremely happy!! and if they flop down w/o a care that means they feel very very comfortable and safe to the point of not having to worry about their surroundings. ^__^

The most important job tip I can give y’all is this: Do not EVER let ANYONE make you feel bad about your occupation. If it’s paying your bills and feeding you and yours, don’t you ever let someone make you feel less than. Of course you want more but you’re doing what you can and I’m proud of you.
