What do you use to animate things (like make them move) and draw? Please tell me! Thank you!
Hello! I haven’t done animation in ages, so the tools I’ve used are outdated now for sure. But back then, for animating and drawing, I drew frame by frame using SAI. As for putting the frames together, I didn’t need anything fancy at the time, so I just used Windows Movie Maker back when it was still a thing.
