alright yall i do NOT want to spiral on yall.
you all are my friends, and im gonna keep it that way.

so, heres a new thing: my therapist says that my spirals usually happen on my period, so im going to have a tagging system so people know when im off, near, or on my period. my therapist says i probably have pmdd too but im waiting to get diagnosed.

π = close to period

what does this mean?
When I am on my period, close to my period, DO NOT TALK about drama with me please. Or controversial topics and stuff, i dont want to harm yall.
lets go over it again:
π’= not on period (interact, can talk about anything, but still be wary)
π‘=nearing period (be extra wary, still interact)
π = close to period (do not talk about drama/controversy unless my friends are in danger)
π΄= on period (do not talk about drama/controversy under no circumstances, im sorry but i dont wanna hurt anyone)
