Here's a really simple magical act that I have found to be ridiculously effective.
On one side of one sheet of paper, write out your boundaries with the spirit world.
Examples include:
I do not consent to any "spiritual lessons" which have not been explicitly discussed with me.
I am not "up for grabs" by random deities passing by. There is no relationship unless I consent to it. I work with the following deities...
I do not require any additional suffering, and I do not consent to it; life is hard enough, thank you very much.
If you want to "help," maybe get me more money. If you want to hurt, may I recommend one of our country's billionaires?
My spiritual goals are x, y, and z.
I came to this reality to X, and not to Y.
Add any terms you like, just stick to one page, and keep it legible.
Then just stick it into your wallet and forget about it. I have a wallet phone case, and some people believe that the phone is a magical object. When off, it's a black mirror. When on, it is full of electricity (bottled lightning). And it is definitely a portal of a kind. But I think just having it on your person all the time is sufficient. When spirits approach, point to the paper. If need be, take it out and read it (doing this before entering a magical gathering is also helpful).
Y'all, I finally did it... I published my debut book!
Are you a demonologist, occultist, Daemonolater, or all of the above? Do you have an interest in Daemons and/or ancient magical grimoires? Well, this book is for you!
For those relatively new to the world of demonology and/or the spiritual path of Daemonolatry, one of the first ancient grimoires that newcomers get their hands on is the Ars Goetia; one of the five books of the Lemegeton, also known as the Lesser Key Of Solomon.
The Ars Goetia of the Lemegeton is by far one of the most popular occult grimoires ever written, with many occultists and demonologists having heard of it at least a dozen times by now. But what many people are unaware of is the fact that the Goetia is merely the tip of the iceberg when it comes to learning about and getting to know the Daemonic Divine. The information contained within the Goetia is but a fraction of the lore pertaining to the 72 Daemons that lie amongst its pages.
Many grimoires came before the Ars Goetia, with manuscripts such as the Pseudomonarchia Daemonum, Liber Officiorum Spirituum, and Livre Des Esperitz predating it by several decades. “Beyond The Goetia” is an ultimate compilation of grimoire entries on the iconic 72 Daemons spanning across several grimoires, and aims to provide as much information as possible on the Daemonic Divine of the Goetia. Whether you’re a devout or aspiring Daemonolater, philomathic occultist, simply a curious reader, or all of the above; this book is bound to peak your interest, and perhaps you’ll walk away with much more knowledge on Daemons after reading it from cover to cover.

They sound like stories.
They sound like nonsense.
But truth is often stranger than fiction — and older.
1. Some witches know things before they happen — and they don’t know why.
Not all premonitions are loud. Sometimes it’s a whisper, a sudden dread, a name that appears in a dream. And then it happens.
2. Witches are born into it — but don’t always realize it until much later.
You were always different, always sensing too much.
Then one day it clicks: you weren’t learning witchcraft — you were remembering it. Here is where everything starts.
3. Certain herbs refuse to grow for some people. Others bloom like they know you.
Witches don’t just use plants — they have relationships with them. Some protect you. Some reject you.
Nature chooses, too.
4. Animals stare at us like they know.
And sometimes… they really do.
Cats follow. Birds warn. Insects visit during spells. It’s not a Disney thing. It’s a real thing.
5. You don’t always choose your spirits — sometimes they choose you.
A deity you’ve never heard of.
An ancestor who won’t leave your dreams.
A presence that keeps showing up.
You can ignore it — for a while.
Witchcraft isn’t all candles and crystals.
Sometimes it’s uncanny, uncomfortable, and beautifully strange.

The deeper you walk the path, the more truth you find in what the world calls fantasy.
Talismans get offended
They are not mere objects — they are bonded to us. Forget them in a drawer, let them gather dust, break the pact of trust… and they sulk. You’ll feel it: their energy dulls, their protection wanes. Some vanish altogether. Others demand to be cleansed, soothed, or even apologized to. They are companions, not tools.
Tarot too
Yes — your deck has moods. Shuffle with doubt, ask with impatience, and the cards will mirror only your chaos. They twist, flip, fall wrong. But come with reverence, and they’ll sing. They are oracles, not servants. And they will not speak to those who do not truly listen.
We attract each other — and recognize at a glance
It’s the look in the eyes. The tilt of the head. A passing shadow that feels like déjà vu. Witches know one another by the invisible threads we carry. We see ourselves mirrored in another — even if just for a second.
We never really die
Our soul is a thread spun across lifetimes. We walk the earth again and again — in different bodies, under different names, but with the same ancient flame. Sometimes we remember: in dreams, in flashes, in the places that feel too familiar. We are born with callings, fears, and gifts not of this life. Because we’ve lived before. We will live again.
Our candles can talk
Watch the flame. Listen to the crackle. A candle knows when a spirit is near, when a spell is strong, when a question is being answered. Wax speaks in shape, flame in movement, smoke in message. Learn the language of fire — it is ancient, and it tells no lies.
However I would like to note that this is not entirely accurate for all of Greece. Aside from still being worshipped and worked with, the main reason in many traditions, regions and eras had nothing to do with fear and more-so with safety.
When you work with a god of the dead, you are inherently giving yourself a closer connection to the dead and death. This was just not a path or route that most people took, especially as there were additional safety protocols. It was this way with Hades, Persephone, variations of work with Hekate, and others. It was something to be more serious about and commit to, so while he wasn't always given worship or work in the household, he was still highly revered and his practitioners were highly respected - again, same as Persephone and others - because it was so serious. It was an accessible practice at times, but in other times it required initiation as well such as through some cults or Priest / Priestess practices. It was not "omg not death!" but more-so respecting the cycles, our time and place, and knowing that work with death carries more weight as we interact differently with both the physical and the spiritual world when we embark on that journey.
It was not necessarily being scared of him because of his association of death. It was respect for knowing our place as living people, and being respectful to him when it is our time to meet him. Not everyone wanted to embark sooner rather than later, but death was not something so highly feared. I mean, this is seen even in terms of kleos. Sure, many Greeks did fear it, it's natural and human to fear death at times, but I wish there was more context and information because this is the only perspective I see most days and it's just simply not true for a large portion of traditional Greek practitioners both ancient and modern.
Hades was loved then (as both King and deity and his value was appreciated), and he is loved now, seen by many as the welcomer of our final home. That carries weight in safety, shelter, and refuge. It holds people accountable, but also motivates them to keep living. Whether it be fear, respect, or something else, let this be a friendly reminder that the ancients weren't as primitive as people picture sometimes. Many of these ancient beliefs and concepts are still developed and carried out traditionally today, proving that traditional Greek work is both modern and valid. Fear was a real thing (and still is for many people), but never has been / never will be the only thing. <3
I’ve been building a little browser-based digital grimoire / webgrimoire for my site, and it’s finally at the point where I want to let other people try it.
https://shrine404.neocities.org/grimoire
It’s still in beta, so im basically just asking people to poke around, play with it, and tell me what works, what feels clunky, and what you’d want added.
It's not a productivity app so don't go in expecting that. I wanted it to feel personal, decorative, a little old-web, a little devotional lol..
I worked really hard on this so if you can give me feedback and maybe reblog I'd be so happy. Again it is FREEEEE.
What it can do right now:
☾ create entries for different sections like spells, materia / correspondences, dreams, lore, links, journals, divination / omens, and more
☾ has an altar / webshrine area where you can make little devotional pages with things like:
shrine images
candles
offerings
blinkies / extra shrine images
shrine frames / styles
relics / decorative bits
“now playing” style details
guestbook / shrine personality features
☾ has a practitioner / about area so you can personalize it with your own path, signs, beliefs, deities, tools, icon, etc.
☾ includes writing tools so entries can be more than just plain text — invocation blocks, prayer cards, omen / warning boxes, poetry formatting, ritual steps, foldaway notes, dividers, and other little text charms
☾ lets entries link to each other, so it can work more like a tiny personal web or wiki instead of just isolated notes
☾ has optional ritual metadata / seals for entries, but they can also be turned off if they don’t fit the page
☾ has backup / export options all grouped together, including a full HTML export option
☾ has different palette / theme options in settings, including lighter and darker modes for readability / vibe
☾ has a header image option and other little personalization settings
A few important notes before using it:
𖹭 it is still a beta
there may still be bugs, odd save issues, awkward layout moments, or parts that need smoothing out
𖹭 it currently saves in your browser storage
so if you use it a lot, please export backups regularly
𖹭 it’s meant to be a little expressive and decorative
so some features lean more “digital shrine / personal archive / weird old web object” than “minimal serious app”
If you try it, I’d especially love feedback on:
✴︎ anything confusing or unintuitive
✴︎ bugs / things not saving properly
✴︎ sections or features you wish existed
✴︎ readability / accessibility issues
✴︎ whether the altar / shrine side feels fun enough
✴︎ whether the writing tools feel useful or too much
✴︎ anything that feels especially charming, broken, annoying, inspiring, messy, or missing
Basically: if you use it and have thoughts, I want them.
This is my weird little beta grimoire child and I’m trying to make it genuinely beautiful and fun to use, not just functional.
Also, if you like strange personal websites / old web things / occult tools / shrine pages / browser toys, you may enjoy it just for that alone.

Pick a pile: The Mark of the Dragon . What draconian energies could you connect with and why?
Before you begin: Draconian energies are heavy and difficult. You may read things you don't like. The Draconian path is dark and will drag you through the mud. Reading a pick-a-card won't change your life, but it can confront you with things you don't want to face. I speak from my own experience. Now that you've been warned, it's up to you.
Pile 1: 6 of pentacles, the star and the hanged man.
Fafnir wants to talk to you. He is a dwarf who transforms into a fearsome dragon due to his insatiable greed for a cursed treasure. Son of the dwarf king Hreidmar, he kills his father to seize the gold of Andvari and retires to guard it, eventually being slain by the hero Sigurd.
Fafnir was never afraid to be himself, even if it meant committing atrocious acts.
What is he trying to tell you? Stop being the likeable person others expect you to be. Reclaim your edge. Reclaim your coldness. You are being thrown off balance because you value other people's comfort more than your own truth. If being yourself means being 'the unfriendly one,' the 'antisocial one,' or the one who doesn't smile, then do it. That armor of harshness is necessary now to protect the spark that remains within you. You didn't come here to be a star that guides others; you came here to be a star that burns on its own. Stop asking permission to be the monster that truly lives inside you; it's the only one who knows who you really are.
Remember, if the price for everything to be alright is losing yourself, it's too high. You don't have to please everyone.
Pile 2: 6 of cups, The justice and the emperor.
Abzu wants to speak to you. He is Tiamat's husband. His name refers to the "abyss of waters." He is considered the generative principle of the world and the source of fertility.
He understands neither sorrow nor nostalgia; for him, your memories are merely sediment blocking the flow of your river.
He sees you stagnating in stagnant waters, looking back as if the answer lay there. Abzu tells you that justice is not something to be asked for, but something to be established. He wants you to become the axis of your own world. He doesn't ask you to be a leader for others, but rather the Emperor of your own stillness.
Stop seeking validation in what you once were. The draconian process here is one of constructive petrification: it turns your sensitivity into solid stone so that nothing can ever shake you again. The Dragon offers you his armor, but only if you are willing to cease being "the one who remembers" and become "the one who rules." Control is your only medicine.
Pile 3: Queen of pentacles, queen of wands and queen of cups.
This is one of the most powerful and rare spreads you can find. Having three Queens together (Earth, Fire, and Water) indicates a concentration of absolute Feminine Sovereignty. In draconian magic, this isn't "sweetness," it's the manifestation of the Mother of Dragons in all her facets.
The energy calling to you is Tiamat, Primordial Chaos. She sees you trying to fit into a small mold, choosing which part of yourself to show today so as not to frighten others. Tiamat is the dragon who gave birth to all gods and monsters. She doesn't have a single form; she is the all-encompassing salt ocean. She doesn't belittle herself for anyone and asks you to do the same.
Why try to be just one when you are legion? Tiamat asks you to stop choosing between your protective instinct, your creative fire, and your emotional depth. She wants you to become the Queen of your own Chaos.
This mark is the heaviest of all because it demands total integrity. You cannot be a master of light if you are not also master of your poison. You cannot care for others if you do not burn for yourself and if you do not listen to your own shadow. The message is: Stop asking permission to be excessive. Your place in the world is not a chair, it is a throne that encompasses all the elements. You are the creator and the destroyer of your own reality. Manifest through your essence, destroy whomever you must destroy, and create the monsters you deem necessary.
You are a chaos witch, accept it and transcend your power.
