Don’t get into a relationship with someone you don’t really like, or you don’t have strong feelings with. Don’t get into a relationship with someone if you haven’t moved on with your ex. Don’t get into a relationship with someone just because you like the feeling of being in a relationship. Don’t get into a relationship with someone if you don’t see them as your partners for life. Don’t get into a relationship with someone just because she’s/he’s pleasing to the eyes. Don’t get into a relationship with someone just because you’re lonely. Don’t get into a relationship with someone just to prove something to people. Don’t get into a relationship with someone for sex. Don’t get into a relationship with someone if you’ll cheat with someone else. Don’t get into a relationship with someone if you’re not yet ready. Just don’t, because, in the end, you’re not the one who will suffer.

There is a reason it didn’t work out with anyone else, especially whom you set your mind on choosing. It seemed like a good idea at that time, to fall in love with someone who seemed right, or for someone who made you truly feel for this first time. But what you didn’t know is the difference in choosing someone every day and choosing someone worth your love. We tend to choose people we want to heal, rather than choosing someone who can also help us mend. We choose people we want to change, rather than choosing someone who will inspire us to be better. We choose those who wants life to be easy and perfect, rather than choosing someone who is willing to grow together.

It’s a sad, unfortunate fact of life that what people look for in each other does not always align. The miserable heart of the matter is, when we met eyes, I saw potential and you saw a pastime.

I’m sorry I wasn’t able to tell you how your voice resembled that of an accordion lulling me to sleep whenever we will talk. If I haven’t told you how your eyes have always been bright as a bonfire whenever you will smile, or how I can see the reflection of the moon in them everytime you’d tell me how gorgeous it looked every night. If I haven’t told you how soft your skin was and that it always smell like spring and autumn. The way you laugh is something I will always want to hear because your happiness meant a lot to me. The way you sing is something I will never get tired of listening even if most of the time you kept on complaining it’s not good. Your snores are music to my ears, and I’m sorry if I haven’t told you that I can’t fall asleep if I don’t get to hear them at night. The way you carry yourself is something I will always watch even if we’re in the midst of the populace, even if you got lost in the middle of the crowd, your scent will lead me to you. I’m sorry for being the stupid fool who knew nothing but to always take you for granted. I had no intention of running away from you, or soaring up high leaving you behind because it was your wind that gave me flight. I am terribly sorry, my love.
