It's all about how you deal with time management! If you CAN wait, I would but it sounds like you might be okay if you start out with 1 class, that way you can test the waters. You could do 1 class a semester and 2 in the summer? That's what I started with, I'm also entering my 3rd year and will be going back to 1 class once the fall starts.
