Oh my god, where do I start. I am so fucking livid. I didn’t think it was possibly to get angrier.

Let’s begin,

I’m not sure that Dr. Charles is completely the same person after Dr. Reese’s departure. I feel like that’s still lingering with him on some level. Is that something that is going to play out on a conscious level?

Schneider – It’s subtext to a lot of his behavior. He has a relationship with Molly Bernard’s [character of] Elsa. She’s a difficult medical student and very different from Sarah. Yet, he feels a responsibility to help her and then also a resistance to becoming too involved as a mentor because of what happened with Sarah.

LEAVE ELSA ALONE! YOU HAVE BROKEN ENOUGH PEOPLE! ROBIN, SARAH, YOUR NAMELESS DAUGHTER!! HOW MANY WOMEN HAVE TO GO DOWN SO YOU CAN PROP UP DANIEL?!

One thing that definitely surprised me was seeing the Vicky Glass character come back. Is she someone we should expect to see around for at least the immediate future?

Frolov – Yes, she is. She will be recurring in the second half.

Schneider – Ethan will consider a relationship with her, but it’s going to be really difficult because he still has strong feelings for April, and April still has strong feelings for him.

So you guys can make up shit you forgot to write them? That’s like one or two episodes, but the rest of the season as in arc?! With the way THEY write?! IN THIS ECONOMY?!

Yeah he looks like he’s had a really difficult time thus far. 

Schneider – The medical stories have such an impact on their personal lives. There’s this great combination of personal interaction with some fascinating medicine.

Do they?! I know it’s easy for them to say this shit with a straight face because of the botox and fillers but do they truly believe this? Are they getting high on their own supply?

Frolov – It’s very satisfying for us as writers to see, after this long development [with the wedding and the Ray storyline], how it all comes to a head.

It’s been like three episodes?! They almost broke up last episode. Will is still checking to see if everything is good on their fucking wedding day?! This story is a hot mess shit-show!

Schneider – After people watch it, they’ll definitely come back after the break (laughs).

Do you have already ideas in your head about what a season 5 could look like? The ratings have certainly been good so far.

Frolov – Yes! We do.

Schneider – If all goes according to plan, we’ve got an interesting story that we want to pursue in season 5.

It was better than I’d guess but still not as good as it should be.

1. Rhekker would be the ship to kill a man and keep it between them.

2. Did they film the next episode right after this one? Natalie’s hair looks the exact same and so does Will.

3. Maggie is the head maid on this plantation.

4. April is a macabre wet nurse, whose ex-boyfriend still won’t address her miscarriage.

5. Nick Gehlfuss deserves an Emmy nom for the nonsense they put him through and he still delivered.

6. No one does hysterically crying to stone-faced bitch like Torrey Devitto.

7. Why is Ethan always fucking up ob/gyn procedures in the ED ( Is this foreshadowing?)”

8. Jay ordering Connor around is the white m/m ship you didn’t realize you wanted.

9. S. Epatha and Oliver Platt have the most natural chemistry of the entire cast. Please give us more.

10. They need stronger guest stars like Brooke Smith more often.

11. Who is in charge of evening wear wardrobe? 

12. Somebody of relevance should’ve gotten shot…just saying.
