Bahorel laughed and let her guide him to the couch. âAlright, alright.â He said. âTeach me your mystical ways, Sugar Plum Princess. How can I look as beautiful as you?âÂ
âWellâŚâ Her lips turned to a thoughtful pout and she tapped the end of the brush against them, watching him intently. âYou canât. Youâre too handsome to be this beautiful, you know. But you can still look fierce as hell.â She shrugged and sat on the coffee table, opposite to him, and dug into her makeup bag. âWeâll start with basic tightlining. Meaning the thing where you put eyeliner to your upper or lower waterline.â She handed him a khol pencil.
Bahorel took the pencil in hand and narrowed his eyes at it. âYou want me to stick this close to my eye?â he asked. âItâs been a while since Iâve done this, so if I poke my eye out, know this: Iâm getting an eye patch.â He grinned and twisted the pencil around in his hands. âIâve always wanted to be a pirate.â
Musichetta laughed and shook her head at him. âFine, fine, be a pirate then. But how about you try to just be careful instead. Itâs not too sharp so as long as you focus and have a mirror you should be fine. Your eyes will water though, I can promise that,â she said and shrugged. âBut youâll get used to the feeling after a few times of trying.â

((Sorry I havenât been around much lately. The last couple of weeks have been pretty shit. First I had a sinus infection and then I spent 13 hours in the ER only to find out that I have gall stones and need to have my gall bladder removed.
So I wanted to let y'all know that Iâm having my surgery tomorrow. I donât know if Iâll be able to be around much, at least in the next few days.
That being said, Iâm going to bring my annoying organs into Jehanâs story simply because I can. ))
