Adachi can see ghosts. It’s been the hallmark of his life, and it’s caused him to withdraw into a very small corner of the world. He’s living a quiet life until one night when nothing much at all happens - a precursor to a detective showing up at his door. Kurosawa is that detective, and he’s not expecting to be so completely smitten with a possible witness, but when he finds out what Adachi is capable of - they pair up in an attempt to cleanse a rash of weird hauntings taking over Tokyo. Kurosawa would do anything to keep him safe, even if it means sacrificing himself.
