dave is pinkie pie cus she thinks rainbow dash is cool and it mirrors how dave looked up to bro also i see dave as being rlly sillay inside hes pinkie pie under all that toxic masculinity thats repressing him

rose is twilight cus they both like books and r very knowledgeable about things like how twilight knows a lot about magic and rose is the seer of light and when rose made that walkthrough for sburb i felt like that was a very twilight thing to do also theyre both purple :3

roxy is fluttershy cus rainbow dash and fluttershy r childhood friends so that parallels dirk and roxys relationship fluttershy being pink and associated w animals fits roxy being pink and shes associated w cats also i feel like roxys arc of self improvement mirrors fluttershys arc of being rlly shy in season 1 vs the later seasons where she becomes more assertive and self preserved
