The Adrinette April discord server is happy to present 2021′s official calendar! Super huge thank you to one of our mods @chocoluckchipz for executing the calendar idea so adorably! Prompts were voted on by the members of the Adrinette April server. If you would like to join to help plan next year’s event, please send @purrincess-chat a message. 

This year in addition to daily prompts, we will also have weekly themes. Feel free to participate in any way you want though! We accept art, fic, cosplay, gifsets, edits–anything you create! You may either submit them directly to this blog, or @ mention us in your own post and tag it #adrinetteapril2021. Please be sure to spell it ADRInette not ADRIEnette to make it easier on our mod team. Mistagging may result in your submission not being reblogged. If we do happen to miss your submissions, feel free to send us an ask. We will not intentionally skip anyone, but tumblr is already a dumpster fire of coding anyway, so please tag correctly and let us know if we missed something.

If you’d like to participate, you must also abide by a few rules:

1. Please keep your submissions centered around Adrinette. Brief interactions of other sides of the love square are fine, but the primary focus of every submission should be Adrinette. The other sides of the square have their own months in May, June, and July respectively, and please do support those events as well with the appropriate content.

2. This event is open to people of all ages. NSFW submissions are allowed, but please tag them and put them under a read more so that people can filter them. Please also age up any NSFW submissions as Adrien and Marinette are both canonically 14 years old. 

3. No ship or character hate or discourse of any kind. This event was created to appreciate Adrinette, not hate on anything else. Leave any salt or negativity at the door. Anyone found breaking this rule will be banned from the event permanently. 

4. Have fun!

We’re opening applications a little earlier than we previously announced, but our closing date is still the same (August 29 at 11:59 p.m., CST). We’re anticipating sending emails out around September 12, but this is subject to change depending on the number of applications we receive.

We’d like to thank everyone who sent us prompts ideas once again, and give a special thanks to @lovesquaretrash & @ladyofacat for the design of the calendar.

“Marinette style, boo-yah!” Marinette jumped up to celebrate, borrowing her dad’s victory pose. That had been a close match. He had almost gotten her, but she had pulled out one of the special combos she had perfected when they were younger and managed to catch him by surprise.

Adrien groaned, tossing the controller to the side before leaning back on his hands, letting his head drop behind him. The strong line of his jaw and the muscle flexed at the side of his neck made her gulp and she looked away quickly. They were past that now, she sternly reminded herself. She and Adrien were really good friends. She didn’t stutter around him anymore, and he came over all the time with the group to hang out. So stop acting like a lovesick teenager.

“You’re amazing. Seriously, ten wins in a row?“ He sat back up, glancing up at her with a slight pout.

Her train of thought vanished. Didn’t he know that look was dangerous? Of course he did, that’s why she’d seen it popping up in his photoshoots lately. Cologne ads. Now those were dangerous. She looked away to hide her blush. Not that she’d saved any of those clippings or anything.
