It's been a sad day. Found out this friend of mine lost his battle with cancer. He was strong, brave, humorous, always witty and intelligent. Very funny and good actor. Oh I really don't want to say goodbye to this cast or show, so I will only say see you later. This show and character was everything and more. Right before the bows and before our final wave to the audience while singing our final words, I looked around while hugging my "husband" Edgar (Isaiah)..I looked around at the cast behind me, the left and right, at the orchestra and then the audience..and I broke. And then the final bows I (and well all of us) were crying and couldn't stop. I didn't notice until later that my makeup had a tear stain. But I love everyone, this cast and crew. I will always hold dear the memories. Thank you everyone! This was a dream character I never knew I needed. I loved every second.
