The long awaited continuation to my OZ project with the most obvious follow up from Scarecrow is... Tin Man or Tin Woodsman
So... yeah origin wise he's his book counterpart with some broadstrokes of Wicked, used to be a normal dude named "Nick Chopper", simped for a Munchkin lady, Wicked Witch of the East cursed him, bad things happen and turned into a man made of tin and iron (albeit a weird but some horrifying body horror inducing) combination of a tinsmiths engineering and magic but with the cost of a heart and love for Nimmie Amee (the munchkin lady he's hot for) where he left himself all alone where rusted thanks to the rain well atleast until Dorothy and the Scarecrow show up and he's free and joins the group to find the Wizard so he can get a heart.
Despite his somewhat cold and semi rough exterior he deeply cares for his friend and is a bookworm and eventual emotional range swings and over dramatic attitude that if he could would really make a good theatre actor if he wanted to.
