reiky took his own life on september 24th, 2023. and whilst yes of course it is necessary to remember him in his work in the film industry and not how he passed - it is incredibly disrespectful to address him as james or fabricate something he was not. he was a brilliant, talented and amazing man. he was not james potter. alongside this, many people claim to headcanon james as latino whilst using reiky. reiky was not latino. he was dutch, vietnamese, and somalian.
