Krypto from the new Superman movie was cute and all but here’s some love for Bizzaro’s Krypto from the 1990s animated Superman series

I know some of ya'll Palia players don't like him, but just LOOK HOW SWEET HE IS!!! He knows that you don't NEED him, but appreciates that you WANT him.

He's still a complete dork the whole time though...

you push and push and push some more, flirting anyway because you know that he finds it hard to communicate how he's feeling. you know he doesn't always have the words to say how he feels, but you've also noticed that he greets you differently. he isn't as mad that you interrupted his hunt. he doesn't want you to leave, not really, and more often than not he smiles when he sees you, and he's sad to see you go.

you laugh when he tells you he's thinking of yogurt, but that stops when he apologised for lying to you, unsure of why he felt the need to hide his feelings when you're wearing his pin proudly.

he rolls his eyes at your cheesy line about holding his hand, but reaches out to you first to lace his fingers between yours. he's even started to use that moisturiser you gifted to him, so his hands are slightly softer and it smells like honey.

you tell him that the sun is brighter when he's with you, and he admits that the stars are dimmer when you're gone. he can't accept the compliment, but he lets you know that he misses you when he's alone in his grove at night.

this man loves in multitudes and anyone who can't see that he's just a little bit broken, a little bit anxious, and he would pull the sun from the sky just to keep you warm.

Canonically there are sky fish. You can catch them.

And piranha in the rivers. Just casually.

You play as a human who materializes out of nowhere and ends up in this village populated by purple elf-like people called Majiri. You're just running around, collecting resources, doing tasks for villagers (maybe even romancing one) and uncovering secrets. I'm especially enjoying learning the lore and doing puzzles.

It's a bit like Stardew Valley crossed with Slime Rancher, with some elements of Sims, Animal Crossing and Ponytown too. It's also an online co-op, meaning other players are also running around, doing stuff and you get bonuses for playing on the same server as a friend. It's free on Steam, Switch, Epic Games and Windows.
