Serendipity Happens

I spent quality time with the family. Even if it was just us sitting/laying/napping around in the living room while watching movies all day. The fact that we're all doing nothing together makes my Dad so happy. Plus, more cooking and food lessons from the pops because it's something he loves to share. Much needed trip home.

we were apart since I visited my Dad for the day. He still asks how home is and how my day went as if we were coming together after long days of work.

I got to see how much I've grown and all the work I've done toward something. I take a lot of pride in the progress we've made and the work put in, and I will proudly say it because I am proud. So much has been accomplished. Now, I'm facing new challenges, but I am gladly taking them on. It's exciting.

he simply held me and told me everything would be okay after I woke up from yet another weird dream. He didn't even have to ask what was wrong. The fact that he just knows sometimes leaves me in awe.

I was in a position I had to mentally prepare myself for. Took me a week or so, but it helped and I got through it with an even bigger understanding of what is going on.

he was quite the handy man around the house and surprised me with little things I didn't know we needed. ☺️

I functioned without caffeine. 😁👌🏼👏🏼
