8. He's a child of divorce and is full of trauma
Poor guy had to see Asgore and Toriel arguing and "abandoning" him and he couldn't do SHIT but watch because he was just a TV at the time. Which just adds more salt to the wound knowing he also had a divorce himself.
9. He's doomed by the prophecy
In Deltarune there is a prophecy regarding the events in game. In Chapter 4, the Dark Sanctuary is created as a dark fountain. And the Dark Sanctuary showed the entire prophecy split by images and texts following them. One of the images and texts in question SPECIFICALLY regards our dearest Ant. What does it say? "THE LORD OF SCREENS CLEAVED RED BY BLADE." Yep. It says he's going to fucking DIE. But depending if you spared all enemies, you can fix and revive him! Tenna changed the prophecy in a way.
It isn't exactly canon that Tenna has BPD, BUT many people headcanon him with that due to the way he acts overall. And I mean MANY. Heck, they literally have diagnosing images to show Tenna has BPD. Won't a Tenna win be a win for those with BPD too? Plus, his abandoment issues are really bad. "Mike! Tear down the board! Tear down the set! Tear down my house!! Tear down my kids!!" In game dialogue when he thought the Fun Gang wasn't going to play on his gameshow btw.
I didn't believe on this headcanon at first but hey it's so based I might as well join the BPD Tenna side
11. He can change his size
Tenna is REALLY BIG, yeah? Well, only when he is feeling really big! When he feels sad and small and useless and a failure and- he gets smaller and smaller! You can even pick him up with your hand!
12. He can do a perfect 180 mid-air split
Yes. You read that right.
Toby Fox was the voice for Tenna and Toby has a lisp. So Tenna also has a lisp! Most of the time when his voice appears the static from the audio hides the lisp, but on Fangamer's video with the Tenna figurine there's a part on the end without music and just his voice. "WHY DO I LOOK LIKE AN AD GUY? I DON'T KNOW ANY AD GUYSH!" And ofc the countless "FIGURESH!"
When you have a character win Tumblr Sexyman, you have a congratulations and an awesome art. Okay, okay. But with our mr. Ant Tenna, we'll not only get those things but a fanfic! Well, not fan, because it's by TOBY FOX HIMSELF!!!!! And the more Tenna content, the merrier!
