If you can’t be consistent in something, don’t bitch.

I started a few programs this year, and I let up on a few programs this year. But I am human and that is okay. The important thing to remember is that Each Day is a New Beginning. Hello, 2018

Attitude followed by action

Life is a rollercoaster. One day, week, month, moment good, the next bad. But it is extremely important to remember that we are our worst enemies and the only thing holding us back is ourselves. Reach out and ask for help and baby I promise you won’t be able to stand sitting in your sorrow for more than a minute.

I mean they were so self centered but every time I had an issue they would try to fix control and manage. And you don’t. You listen and respect and understand and sympathize that sometimes people just go through a rough patch and I truly respect that. It’s a phenomenal quality to have. It’s humbling. So thank you for being you and I although I do not wish bad times upon you, I hope I can return the favor of patience tolerance and love with you in time of need

Change one and the other will follow

We can’t always live in perfection, but we can most certainly try to the best of our ability.

But what I do not will is to run around showing off this new me, for if you see me, believe me, for I have changed. Believe me.

& acceptance is the answer to all my problems today
