Camilo’s gift is shapeshifting! he can turn into any living person he’s seen

he can also riff on their appearance--like turning into an exaggeratedly short version of his dad

he’s a total theater kid and he’s dramatic as all heck so watch out

he’s the annoying brother who lives to tease but would also die and/or kill for you probably

15 year old dork boy who tries to be cool and smooth, but ultimately he’s soft for his family and anyone he cares about

🐟          “your mother makes snow?? mine, blessedly, would only make dinner. nevertheless, i cannot imagine it to always be this cold. it is simply… winter. and winter brings with it cold– have you not experienced the flow of seasons before??”

“Yeah, my mom can control the weather. It’s... mostly an emotional control, but sometimes she does make things happen on purpose.” He chuckled, the sound clearly fond.

“Likeeee,” She lifts her case with a smile, “There’s people who can sing, dance, play instruments, and so many other things. If there’s anything cool you can do, you can join. Ms. Okina is great.” Motioning for the other to follow, she starts moving. 

“I’m actually on my way there to work on this music sheet. I think you’re gonna like it.” 

“Anything cool I can do, you say?” he repeated with a smirk as he followed her.

“Weeeell, I just so happen to come from a family of many talents, with mine being...” With a flourishing spin, he transformed into an exact copy of his conversation partner.

My new rule is:

I will not roleplay with minors. If you are under 18, I don't mind if you follow me, but as I am a 30-year-old adult, I do not feel comfortable threading with anyone younger than 18. I apologize if this is disappointing, but it's for my comfort on my blog. Thank you for understanding.

“Oui, you are correct; some are lost in their own heads, some are lost with regards to their destiny, and others are quite literally lost in every sense of the word.

He’s a little surprised to see someone so young unfamiliar with how a phone works, especially the camera, but it happens. This is basically an isekei anime after all.

“It’s– I dunno all the tech stuff, but it’s an app on there…and you can add a lot of different filters and stuff too– uh extra stuff.”

Badou holds a hand out for Camilo’s phone. 

Camilo turned the phone around in his hands, studying it briefly, before he handed it over.

“Oh?” Emil blinked, surprised to hear something like that. Sure, Tenebrae could talk to monsters- but he was a centurion, not a human. “Yeah, this is a wolf- his name is Huangdi. But talking to animals? That sounds so cool…”

“Heyy, Huangdi!” Camilo smiled and waved at the wolf--definitely the actions of a guy who’s been around a fair amount of animals. “Yeah, my little brother Antonio recently got the ability for his gift. He’s always been crazy about animals, so it only makes sense that’s what his power would end up being.”

“Oh,”

She could’ve sworn she double checked—oh, right. She did double check to close her bag, but ended up having to open it because she forgot something. “Haha, thanks a lot.” It would’ve been real embarrassing if she showed up without her music sheet. 

“I play the violin and the piano, but this sheet is for the violin.” With the sheet now in hand, she stows it away in the violin case securely. “Is it the sitting down?” She asks, a big smile on her face before she giggles, “Hey, just by lookin’ at you, I can see you kinda just got here? Wanna go to Big Dipper? It’s a place of talents.”

“Yeah, no prob,” Camilo grinned, passing her the paper before resting his hands on his hips. “Violin’s cool! I like how the person playing kinda looks like they’re dancing.”

 “Our kidnappers, rarely think of immediate comfort. You have a phone with you, yes?”

“Call me an idiot, but how could that even work?”

“Can I ask what you play? My uncle tried teaching me piano but, uh... it didn’t take.”

“My brother’s more into animals than me--he can talk to them, too--but I still think they’re cool, y’know?”

“Is it always snowy here?”
