hello everyone! depending on the reality, i have different names, but you can call me chaeri. i have been a reality shifter for around 3 years, but have been on and off in my journey^^

the first step is to admit it. i have a problem.

shifting felt like an escape to me, which i know, #1 problem, bad mindset, i get it. but sometimes, shifting felt like the only way to be happy, the only way to live a good life, the only way to get love, etc etc. and maybe that’s true.

but the point of this post isn’t to make you feel even worse about shifting and about your life right now.

i want you to take care of yourself.

this life is just as real as every other life you’ll ever have. each of you have feelings, wants, needs, and you need to tend to those.

if your like me and always said. “i won’t do this, because im gonna shift anyways.” i want you to keep reading.

your life in ANY reality means so much. In this one, or your favorite DR, you mean so much. just because one life is better than the other doesn’t mean the other doesn’t deserve your own love.

so please, this life matters, put effort in.

if you feel this life is pointless but your DR gives you purpose, i understand, but make a point.

if no one loves you in this reality, i do. and i don’t mean that in the way of a famous person telling their fans “omg i love you alll~” i mean it truly. if no one else will give you love you can find it in me, or in this community.

this life means just as much as your DR life, treat it as such.

“i’m not gonna do this, im gonna shift anyways,”

“i hate my life, i need to shift.”

“i NEED to shift.”

i understand, i really do. i think everyone in this community understands. but, it’s also important to understand no life is easy. even your DR, it’s not gonna be easy. (unless your DR is like a constant loop of you in a bed watching reels but idk.) so while your here, treat yourself, try to make it through, because i promise you it’ll make it easier to shift. don’t rely on it, flow into it.

HAII !! this is the story of my first ever mini shift! (or shifting experience, wtv you wanna call it😭) what was different, what you might wanna try to replicate to help you get a mini shift or a full shift , and how I figured out what might work best for me ! (but again, this is just how it worked for me! it could help you, but it also couldn’t.)

To set the scene , it’s about eight at night after a short day at school , I’m feeling happier than usual, very positive . I usually attempt to shift every single night , that doesn’t mean I’m putting in effort , it just means I’m setting intention throughout the day and shifting during the night . But, I start a quick method of just meditation , breathing in and out , repeating robotic affirmations because that’s just what works for me . After maybe 10 minutes I start to get some quick symptoms , I feel a little tingly a little floaty , some good signs that show that my body was going to bed . But as I say some affirmations , I feel my surroundings immediately switch , my wall is on the other side of my body , my room feels just like my DR . My eyes start to open (which I scripted would happen when I shift ) but for some reason , I fight my eyes , because I just think I’m not there yet . So , my meditation goes back to normal and I ground myself back in my CR .

pretty anticlimactic, right? And I talk about it as if it’s normal… because it is! Once you have one of your first shifting experiences, you’ll come back realizing it’s just normal. (at least that’s how it was for me.)

everyone should get manifesting, shifting, spiritual, etc etc. this is a day of spiritual success!

you can shift, nothing is blocking you, you can do it standing up, sitting down, upside down, or even when your peeing.

shifting is for everyone, everyone can do it.

for my first real post i wanted to talk about the concept of permashifting! i see a lot of people talking about, “how do clones work,” “why would someone abandon their life?” “blah blah blah.” so, im here to answer some common questions!!

1.CLONES

first of all, clones are a shit word to describe what actually happens when you shift😕 it makes it sound ten times scarier than it actually is, because it’s not a “clone,” its just you.

when you shift your awareness elsewhere, you will still function in your OR. (also, i don’t believe in ORs, but i just used that word😭) imagine if you were watching CABLE tv, on disney channel, but now you wanted to watch cartoon network instead. if you changed your channel to cartoon network, would disney stop streaming? nope! even if your watching steven universe, hannah montana is still technically streaming. so, with this example, it’s a lot easier to understand how “clones” work! just because your not watching hannah montana anymore, doesn’t mean the show stopped, doesn’t mean it’s acting any different than it normally would. it’s just normal.

so in conclusion, “clones” are you! it’s you wether or not your the one experiencing it. so, if you permashift, no one will even know. and if you normally shift, no one will know.

2.RESPONSIBILITY

“how can people leave their OR? do they not feel responsible towards it?” well. the answer to that is, everyone’s different. some people can feel attached towards their CR, but some would do anything to leave it forever! so when you ask people WHY they permashift, it’s different for everyone.

3.HOW TO PERMASHIFT

you can permashift just how you would normally shift! simple as that. to stay there forever is also simple, just say you will! intention is a simple way of building the world around you, so just say and believe you’ll stay, and you will!
