I don't tend to think everything is a sign but I noticed a sweet coincidence.

During my freshman year, I was walking around my high school's neighbourhood and noticed two swings. I told myself, "If I ever have to go on a date with a guy, I'll bring him here." (I wanted to recreate a romance anime type of scene). But, very early in the school year, one of the swings disappeared. I took it as a sign that I was going to stay single during all of high school, which I did lol.

It stayed this way for years ; last time I passed by the swings, during summer or early autumn, there was still a single one.

I recently got into a relationship while I was away in another city. We were sitting on swings when he asked me out.

Last weekend, I drove around the swings near my old high school and guess what : the missing swing was repaired!
