The game progress has been...fine I guess. I have some troubles with the backgrounds since I really don't know how to draw bgs but I'm trying my best!

I already finished the room, and a second character's sprites!

I've been trying to do photobashing for the bgs but I really don't know how to do it XD guess I have to draw everything.

Also, I recently started my classes at uni so I'm trying to make space for the game and my uni tasks, it's just an organizing matter.

Btw, the visual novel will be just a demo for now! If I see people like the game I will start making the full version, but for now just a demo, besides, it's my first game so I'm not really good at these things but I'm putting a lot of love and effort on this!

PLEASE DON’T TURN ME OFF is a psychological horror¿¿ visual novel where you play as... Well you, y/n, y'know. In this story your hobby is collecting old/vintage stuff who finds an old computer at a garage sale.

After turning it on, you see everything was normal, just old files form the last owner, an outdated software... Until you find a program labeled as an "antivirus"

Curious, you decide to run it and that’s when things start to change.

Strange error messages begin to appear, blue screens interrupt your system.

And then… a message shows up.

“Can you read this?_"

From that moment on, the computer starts behaving in ways it shouldn’t.

And somehow it grows obsessed over you, trying to be as human as possible and trying to manipulate you to not turn the computer off.
