there's so much questions i have about the exact biology of realized objects and the implications of the available information about it and i really want to share my thoughts
from the time stamps 20:16 - 20:38, skylar explains that realized objects aren't actually made of human flesh/matter but rather the object's animus molded into a something that basically mimics human flesh and bodily functions.
but my question is, how far does it mimic the bodily function? let's say a realized object can get hungry, eat and even digest food. do they produce enzymes that break down and digest food or even have hormones that trigger the hunger response or is the sensation of hunger just mimicked but no hormones were actually involved? does the substitute matter they're made out of necessarily need food and nutrition for sustenance just like regular human/living cells?
what about blood types? do their blood cells produce surface antigens just like humans or do they have their own properties that are different from human blood cells (and with that, makes their blood incompatible to any regular human if they ever think about donating blood). Is their blood just for show or is it just as complex and serves the same function? and by same function i mean overall sustenance of the body and cells, which circles back to my first question whether the substitute matter they're made out of even needs the same nutrients as humans for sustenance.
but my biggest question is when it comes to realized objects and having kids/offspring with regular humans. i can't say for sure if h5nk had his kid with a regular human but martin applegate (sinclaire) sure seems like he did
like do they pass on "object dna" to their kids? does that make their kid half-human, half-substitute matter? what happens when those kids pass away? it is mentioned that realized dateables just go back to being objects when they pass away, but what about their half human kids? what are the possible biological consequences when human and human-substitute components interact within the body?
also also extra thought: what about organ donations? if they so happened to donate an organ and it was transplanted into a human, when realized objects pass away and resolves back into their original form, does the donated organ disappear too? like one day some random joe had a successful organ transplant and years later that organ just spontaneously disappears XD (but back to whether donated components from realized dateables are compatible or not with humans, it would determine whether donation is even feasible)
so in short: do realized dateables bodies have the exact same biological processes that goes on in their body like humans down to the molecular level or do their bodies just mimic sensations and functions of the human bodies (not exactly the same processes happen but the outcome is the same)?
ok im gonna try to answer this and have some questions of my own so
WEEWOOOWEEWOOO WE HAVE SPOILERS UP AHEAD AND SOME MENTIONS OF SEX FOLKS.
In Fantina's and in Freddy's realized endings, they're both eating pizza and noodles, respectively. Mitchell is also said to travel the world trying foods, and his ending art shows him as a food critic, So they can already eat and digest food.
Dateables in realization, including the aforementioned ones, are basically said to have sex with the player character. Sex releases dopamine, oxytocin, endorphins, all those feel good hormones. Dopamine in particular is really intertwined with the Hunger hormone. (this should also probably be really true for people with feederism kinks) So with dopamine and the fact they can eat exists, the hunger hormone has to be there.
In Tina's ending, she is seen with mascara running down her cheeks and crying. (In fact iirc some dateables can be seen with sprites that are crying). Tears contain enzymes. In fact, an enzyme found in tears can also be found in the digestive system breaking down complex carbohydrates into simple sugars. (amylase). So they do have the stuff and things needed to break down and digest food.
For Blood types, I look at Ben-hwa. When they were realized, the first thing they did after fucking us into oblivion, was push their new body to the limits with sex. Now I don't know what kind of ungodly injuries they got from their unholy experiments, but there's no chance they didn't have an injury that had to have required a blood transfusion. So the fact they were able to heal (presumably without the help of Skylar or anyone at Valdivian), means that their blood, and by extension, their body, must be compatible with humans well enough that they can produce offspring.
With all this, I can answer the offspring question with a theory.
The dateables are human, but not in the way we are. Their object's animus basically work identically to that of a human's, up until their death. So their realizations make them humanoid. When an Object and a Human produce offspring, and when that offspring eventually dies, the human parts of the offspring decomposes and does whatever we do when we die, while the object parts become objects again.
For organ donation, I think that question answers itself. If the body of an object is compatible with the body of a human, so much so they can successfully produce offspring and a blood transfusion, the organ donation process can work, since the dateable body functions so similarly to that of a human's. When the dateable donor dies, I assume it will have been long enough that the organ they donated has already become one with the human's.
So tl;dr: The Dateables' human bodies aren't literal humans or some unholy creature that mimics us like robots. They mimic the body so similarly to that of ours that they can basically do everything we do.
But on the topic of Dateable Object Biology, the fact that theres a line in the game where they're like "Objects weren't always objects", IMPLIES THAT THERE'S EVOLUTION THAT HAD TO HAVE TAKE PLACE.
THERE WAS A LUCA EQUIVALENT FOR THE OBJECTS (its probably airyn).
THERE'S AN OBJECT EQUIVALENT OF THAT ANCIENT FISH.

She is a BIG Directioner. She loves her boy bands and girl groups, but those 5 little british boys take the cake. She RAN the #letniallsing campaign in the local community, She was in SHAMBLES when Zayn left the band, and she was even more DISTRAUGHT when they went on "Hiatus" (aka their divorce). Of course she also loves her Spice Girls, very cute very colorful, very sparkly. I'd put more Little Mix songs if I could, I think she'd like them.

To me, every teen/tween has to have a boy band that shapes who they are as a person. For Richeh, it's The Wanted. (Yes, when the 1D/The Wanted beef was happening, Tetia and Richeh were also at war with each other.) Outside of them, I think Richeh would be the kid with the niche, indie, old, retro/vintage music on their playlist unironically, but she actually does enjoy the songs. Agott is indeed a 5SOS fan in my head. Like it just makes sense. Don't tell Tetia, but Agott actually enjoyed some of One Direction's later works. She wouldn't classify herself as a Directioner, but it's honestly a miracle she got into 5SOS without being into One Direction. She relates to her MARINA songs a little too much, and she is a proud Paramore fan. Hayley Williams raised her at this point. (She is in fact, a closet Backstreet Boys fan.)

He'd be gentle in the sense no harm would come for you, and he just wants what's best for you. Which is him. Despite that, he doesn't enjoy being selfish, but he hopes you understand that he does what appears to be selfish because he just wants what's best for you.
In terms of stalking, he'd probably be the easygoing. Like your encounters are so strategically spaced out that he gets to indulge in long conversation with you without you getting suspicious about him. Although, he does take a lot of candids and the occasional close-up of you when you visit the rink. He says its "Promotional material".
And despite his Yandere, undercover freakay background, he'd still be the kind of guy you'd trust & probably be committed with. Of course at times where you want him to take control, he's always checking in on you.
