ik crazy ahh title, but this is something that has worked for me.

name your 'subconscious' something. something personal/weird whatever. and treat it like your best friend. your subconscious listens to EVERYTHING. it's there to be helping you. (cuz it's lit you but okay) so just talk to it like

"[name] omg i'm so happy we're shifting tonight. i know you're gonna help cuz you're in charge tonight"

"[name] we're going to get into the void. I'M SOOO HAPPY YOU'LL HELP ME!!"

idk why it worked, but it helped me manifest a lot.

2. name your doubts. whenever a doubt pops up, think of it as a separate entity. think of it as a dumb bitch karen who's here to irritate you. name it and CUSS the fuck out of it.

"oh we're never going to be able to-" shut up karen. why don't you let the important people handle it

🍒What's your evening drink of choice?

🍒What's your favorite mid-night snack?

Pile 1 🌕

Your bestie is more on the extroverted side. They will speak up when you are too shy to or when you don’t realize that you need to state a boundary. They want you to know that you are a king/queen and need to realize your worth. This person is also a lot of fun to be around. Never ending fun. You’ll find yourself out late at night doing things you never thought you’d do. Last thing I’m picking up on is they are really protective of you when it comes to you dating. They wouldn’t be mean to your partners but they want them to know they will fight for you.

Pile 2 ⭐️

This person is more of an introvert. You two are really close. I see they really look up to you. Maybe your friend has some trauma and has been through a lot and you are someone they can always rely on no matter what. You are their strength and they see you as a safe space for them. You both are a safe place for each other actually. Did you go through something together that others wouldn’t understand? Your friend wants you to know that you have so much potential and should never let anyone dim your light.

Pile 3 ☀️

one of my favorite things regarding shifting is how our brain works and organizes memories coming from different realities.

you can be convinced you haven't shifted yet, but it's undeniable how a certain smell, a place, a landscape, a line someone says, or something we're eating (etc.), can immediately remind us of a specific moment from our dr.

or when you're watching the movie/tv series or reading the book you're shifting to, and you unconsciously think, "I was there. I remember it perfectly."

how can this not be the ultimate proof that we have already shifted, already lived, and felt all of the emotions and sensations that we could've experienced only in an alternate dimension?

we shouldn't beat ourselves up just because apparently "we haven't shifted yet." what do you mean we haven't? we certainly did, tons of times. maybe we didn't open our eyes, and consciously live it. but, our subconscious already knows everything about it and remembers it all.
