Oh how I love incorporating the etymology of names into character art, it brings me much joy. I was also motivated to draw some Thranduil and a Little Legolas with some forest imagery. Really brought out the illustrator in me composition-wise.
We really need some more soft family content from these two, I genuinely believe that after all Thranduil experienced in his early life, and the loss of his own father, that he would vow to care for and make sure his son had a good life.

I recently started watching Dungeon Meshi and somehow came up with this crossover and I just had to draw it haha
Hey guys so I'm in a bit of a bind and I'm really not sure what to do. I bought tickets for my first ever LARP event that is supposed to be Hobbit themed and fun during Lord of the Rings, but the costume guide came out a while ago and its really confusing me. I've tried asking questions on the official discord, but the appointed costuming experts seems really hostile to questions and it makes me really nervous to post anymore.
I was really wanting to get into LARPing more after this event, but are they all like this? The costume guide is super strict, and most the options they give us are so expensive. Some of my friends in SCA have looked at the costume guide too and said its way more restrictive than their events. Any advice would be super welcome, as I'm so super confused and lost on what to do.
