re: the pmdd.... this condition became obvious to me when i went off birth control like 4 years ago and has tormented me ever since (and explains my oscillation between misery and joy as a tween/teen pre birth control) and im SICK of it and have been experimenting with supplements ever since and a few months ago found something i was utterly convinced was working flawlessly but all the same it's like one step forward four steps back so i am finally finally going to a doctor tomorrow everyone please pray they believe me and believe how this has been ruining my life cus i've read horror stories about women trying to tell their doctors about this

seriously i am Coming Back to tumblr because my pmdd renders it such that i completely lack the energy+passion to make art or pursue other hobbies during luteal phase (which is like two weeks and some change out of every month fml) and twitter and bluesky are boring and make me sad...... but i open my tumblr and see mostly things i like... god i miss when the internet was more like this
