The Crown Witch of the Warmcellar Mouse Queen is crafty in all the ways a mouse can be. She brews her own wine, sews her own clothes, and kills her own enemies. A lovely and jovial sort as long as you stay on her good side. Make sure to attend one of her feasts, she has many tales to share with anyone who shows up at her table.

a mix of patreon prompts came together for this nice lady. Amy Crook asked for shed skin which inspired all the shed snake skin outfits, Twistysongs wanted witchy white mice which inspired the character, and Beezlebuddy wanted thrones which inspired the very pissed off wine ingredient/fancy chair. i like to think that the snake body moves independently from the head, and has become one of her many Tails which she uses to carry out her tiny witchy will. and speaking of tails, the rest of the mice in her Queen have similar tail mutations, though hers are way more advanced. while Rat Kings have physically connected tails from whence they draw their power, Mouse Queens are connected at the spiritual level. this causes them to grow new branching tails that correspond with those connections. Crown Witches are mice who have the ability to make connections with beings beyond mouse-kind, and so have abnormally long, root-like tails.

as a kid i had several toy snakes, and most of them were segmented. My favorite was a wooden one from a souvenier shop that looked a lot like this.

When toy was first revealed and the lenny they used looked like a rubber duck, i thought tnt would go kinda the subeta’s Nostalgic pet route and make pets based off of existing toys. They didn’t! So here’s mine.

Under the Pendulum Sun (Jeannette Ng) - fairyland is real, and Victorian England is sending missionaries. a woman and her brother attempt to bring the good word to the fair folk, but start to suspect the queen might just be screwing with their heads. PEAK gothic horror with a creepy fairy twist.

Witchmark (C.L. I don’t study genocides war crimes and human rights for fun. I study it bc my people have been at the foot from the very first genocide of the 20th century and previous attempts to exterminate my entire race. The fact that no one is speaking up when another genocide is at the brink of occurring to the ethnic Armenians living in Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) is mind blowing. I have to say I’m not surprised by the lack of effort - Americans, especially, are the most self interested humans I’ve met. This isn’t about narrative, this is about rapid belligerent individualism. We can philosophize all day about it but at the end - people don’t give a shit about anyone but themselves. There is rarely any altruism left in this world. As Monte said, no ones gonna fight for us, we will have to fight on our own to survive. The alternative is not an option.

When I visited the United States Holocaust Museum for the first time, I was struck deeply by one wall with absolutely nothing on it, except for this quote:

“Who, after all, speaks today of the annihilation of the Armenians?”

Hitler often used it to cite how history would forget about his “final solution”, as they didn’t remember the Armenian genocide, did they?

My family is in America for the sole reason that the first Armenian genocide drove them out. My grandmother knows nothing of what happened to her cousins and aunts and uncles, and still, to this day, the Armenian genocide is not recognized by Turkey.

It’s happening again. The Azerbaijan and Armenian conflict over Artsakh, an area that Azerbaijan claims is theirs, but is inhabited heavily by Armenians, has been restarted, and the people living there are in serious danger, as Turkey is now lending their military aid to Azerbaijan as well, while the rest of the world is turned the other way.

I know we’re all so fatigued from the shitshow that has been 2020, and how difficult it can be to comprehend yet another tragedy, but if you have a moment, please just educate yourself on what’s happening in Armenia and Artsakh, educate a friend, and take a look at the some of the resources I’ll link below, I would be so grateful. Don’t let history annihilate my people again.

if you or anyone you know voted by mail in ballots in arizona, nevada, or georgia check the status of your ballot. tell your friends and family to check their ballots.

it sucks, i know. it's not fair, at all. but y'all are almost there guys, you're in the home stretch. just push a little more.

these states especially are so important for biden to win, but i would encourage all of you no matter where you are, to check the status of your ballot and correct it if need be/if you still can.
