The misery continues... Work voted to do rock climbing for the group activity for our away day even though I said in the meeting that I didn't like heights :(

I was really feeling like I was doing better lately at work and stuff now I just feel shitty again

I'm so miserable I had to have the monthly meeting with my managers and they said basically that I am competent but I don't come across as competent because I'm too quiet I don't get what I'm meant to do about that I hate being at work and I hate talking to people it makes my throat close up and I'm trying to manage my medication but it's not helping my anxiety very much and they want me to come up with a plan to improve but I don't know what to tell them I tried to get an autism diagnosis and got nothing so I can't even get leniency because of my communication difficulties because I don't have proof of them anywhere. I got rejected for a job I applied for yesterday too so I'm feeling ultra miserable. Why does it matter that I'm quiet if I do my work.
