I remember once reading a fe fates modern au fic where Niles was a social worker and lowkey wanna expand on that a bit by saying I also think he'd be a good foster parent
Like, I know the main goal with fostering is reuniting the kids with their parents and its generally only temporary...thus Niles is determined to make sure as many kids as possible are looked after and not fucked over by a fucked up system that traumatised him as a child. He's very thorough in making sure that these kids are happy and also aren't being put back into an abusive/neglectful environment when they're done. (Nina takes her role as big sister Very Seriously)
Camilla however, would adopt for the exact opposite reason (those kids are hers now and shes never giving them up for anything).

Odin is super good with the kids (but not so much teenagers) and he runs mini dnd campaigns with them
also I know a big issue a lot of foster kids face is like...receiving second hand clothes and such. Not to worry, as Leo has a near limitless credit card that he has for that purpose
