To those who are unaware, I'm from the US. And today is Thanksgiving. Back home my family and friends will be celebrating family and gratefulness. Today, my family will be celebrating Thanksgiving for the first time without my grandfather, who passed away this past March, just a week shy of the age of 96. This time of year will be difficult as the holidays were always our favourite to celebrate together. I have not been home since I left in 2010, so this time of year is already difficult for me. But, with that being said, I want to send everyone the warmest of Thanksgiving wishes. I send love and strength to those who are dealing with the loss of loved ones.
