You haven't lost all of your progress just because you feel bad again. You haven't lost all of your progress just because you're tired and sick and miserable right now, or because you used again, or self harmed again, or got sad again, or thought about your ex, or whatever else. You don't learn how to climb out of the pit the first time you try. You fall again and you do a little bit better the next time, and the next and the next, and there's other pits, and the path is steep, and it might feel like you're not getting anywhere but you're just learning to climb. It's alright.
