it’s amazing to me that people don’t already know that fast food is frozen... that’s why its able to be fast. you think jason behind the panera counter is hand rolling out pasta dough and grating fresh parm over every single order?? also frozen doesn’t even necessarily mean unhealthy! don’t you guys ever cook and then freeze leftovers? it doesn’t undergo some spooky mysterious changes while it’s frozen you literally just heat it up and it’s the same as when it was prepared

plus, this is actually a much better way to prepare frozen food than heating it in a microwave or even an oven - the water bath heats it more precisely and evenly, so nothing is burned or left undercooked.

There is a great instagram called Brown Skin Matters that has certified photos of different rashes and skin conditions. I find this VERY helpful. I just recently stumbled on it and it’s a nice, quick, resource.
