I am a very firm believer that 2012 April should be playing some sort of sport in school.

Smth smth Mei being really good at firing Ne Zha up by challenging him to a race and everyone gets a glimpse at Ne Zha the demon child™ through his sudden competitiveness

I have several thoughts about it.

I think Mei and Ne Zha should get along. They're both very dedicated to protecting people and would literally rather die than fail at doing that, but also Mei is very impulsive and irresponsible so I think Ne Zha, being kinda strict and responsible in comparison, would be able to teach Mei a lot. And on the other hand, Mei is very outgoing and could influence Ne Zha to not be so serious all the time.
